Project engineers/ mechanical engineering (m/f/d)

in the field of thermal plants / power plant technology / plant construction

Concord Blue Engineering GmbH is a growing, innovative and internationally active company that plans, builds and operates thermal conversion plants. This process uses biomasses as well as waste and residual materials to produce high-quality products such as electricity, hydrogen or e-fuels, respectively.

Due to our growth, we are now looking for project engineers/mechanical engineering (m/f/d) for the Herten/Düsseldorf location.

Your field of activity and your tasks:

Your main activities include the project-related planning of new plants and replanning of existing plants (mechanical engineering / apparatus).

You will work with a team of young and experienced colleagues with different areas of focus:

  • You take over the technical processing of the various subcontractors during the entire project lifetime (including work packages: basic & detail engineering, cost calculation, comparison of offers, support for commercial processing, delivery, assembly and commissioning, claim management and maintenance) taking into account internal and external standards and specifications and procedures.

  • You create technical specifications, data sheets, documentation for machine technology / apparatus (both static and rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, conveyors, etc.) based on the specifications of the process engineers and the project manager, and maintain and archive inventory documents and interim planning statuses.

  • You close the internal interfaces with the other departments such as steel construction, pipeline construction, EMSR, etc.

Qualifikation

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering, e.g. Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, electrical engineering, plant engineering or a comparable degree.

  • Work experience in plant construction is desirable.

  • Experience in international projects and safe handling of international suppliers are desirable.

  • Confident mastery of MS Office programs.

  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable.

  • High motivation, decision-making ability and reliability.

  • You are a team player and bring a high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility and excellent communication skills.
