Concord Blue addresses both the global waste problem and the increasing demand for renewable, green energy. Concord Blue’s technology can use almost any waste source to produce hydrogen, syngas, electricity, heat and biofuels.
Concord Blue’s patented technology significantly outperforms the current generation of waste incineration and gasification solutions from competing vendors. Our technology produces substantially less pollutants and end-process residues. The CBR© can easily scale up or down to meet the unique needs of communities, businesses and governments. Concord Blue’s modular and scalable units can be used in remote locations where there is limited existing infrastructure for electricity, oil or gas. The problem of waste disposal can be solved by using our CBR© at the point of origin, is environmentally friendly and produces a CO2-free product gas—green hydrogen.
The Process
Throughout development, construction and operation of CBR© facilities, Concord Blue partners with world-class companies who are accredited experts within their area of expertise. This includes suppliers of individual components and O&M companies with long track records of successfully and profitably operating waste to energy generation facilities.

WHAT WE CAN PROCESS
Concord Blue Reformer© technology is flexible at three levels – feedstocks, capacity/scale and end products. The process begins with the recycling of valuable resources and the separation of metals, glass and inert materials before drying, shredding and chemical treatment begins. Among the types of raw input materials that our system can handle include plastics, agricultural and other bio waste, household waste, medical waste, industrial / commercial waste and sludge.
THE PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
Our systems use a patented technology called “Staged Reforming” to convert almost any waste material into clean and renewable energy. In contrast to other W2E processes, this unique method is based on steam thermolysis instead of combustion and efficiently produces a high-quality syngas rich in hydrogen (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Staged_reforming).
